UBS Group AG reported in its notification dated 5 August 2026, that on 3 August 2026, following a disposal of equivalent financial instruments, UBS Group AG (taking into account the holding of all its affiliates), decreased its holdings and crossed downward the lowest threshold of 3.00% in Azelis Group NV. UBS Group AG did not disclose further details on its direct and indirect holdings on 3 August 2026.
UBS Group AG reported in its notification dated 7 August 2026, that on 5 August 2026, following an acquisition of shares with voting securities and equivalent financial instruments, UBS Group AG (taking into account the holding of all its affiliates), increased its holdings and crossed the threshold of 3.00% in Azelis Group NV.
On 5 August 2026, UBS Group AG (taking into account the holding of all its affiliates) owned 684,653 shares with voting rights, representing 0.28% of the total number of shares issued by the company (243,921,719), as well as 6,637,090 equivalent financial instruments, representing 2.72% of the voting rights issued by the company.
